Association today

The current members of the Association are 36 companies with foreign investment from around the world, all of them working in different industries and each having significant impact on the economy of the Kaliningrad region.

Members of the Foreign Investors Association represent 18 foreign countries with predominantly European investors, for the greater part coming from the Republic of Lithuania and the Federal Republic of Germany.

Industrial classification of FIAS members is very diverse. Most common fields of activity are food production, construction, and insurance business.

Found nearly in every municipality of the Kaliningrad region, member-companies provide good employment opportunities by creating nearly 10 000 jobs, whereas different level budgets receive about 1,5 billion Roubles, which altogether gives beneficial impact on the socioeconomic situation in the region.
